Terms of service GTDtab.com
  1. Service GTDtab.com is provided and issued by Giorno & Wondoq, independent terrestrial entities. This license is always agreement between provider and user of the service. All other sides are, with exceptions bellow, considered third party and have not influence on user nor the agreement. Any such third party may only act as separate user. User accept this agreement by using the service.
    1. Law enforcement agencies and they agents are not considered third party under condition of code of law, court order or their equivalent.
  2. This license may be provided also in versions translated into various languages, but legal weight is put only on english (original) version. Text and meaning of this license may be changed by provider and as valid is considered only last version. Provider may send user e-mail message with information about such a change.
  3. Service is provided for free and is supported by issuer only from income from selling the advertisement. User must not block downloading or displaying advertisement materials. If he do so, he is not allowed to use the service.
  4. For certain functions of service user must type his/her login and password. These two pieces of personal information, along with e-mail address are considered private and provider shall not provide them to any third party. Some services of same provider may allow user to use same login data for access to them. This license does not apply as license for such services and user must read and accept any particular license for these services.
  5. Provider is not restricting usage of the service for any purpose, but may cancel user account or provide user personal data and server side informations if such an act will be ordered by court or equivalent law authority.
    1. Provider is not responsible for the content provided by user during his/her usage of the service.
    2. Any provider employee may report breaking the law by usage of the service to law enforcement agencies in the case that law was broken and employee is obliged to report such an act by any aplicable code of law.
